What you will do

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and custom pipelines.
• Create interoperable AI agents utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Google A2A.
• Automate the parsing of unstructured content (emails, documents, web pages) into reliable structured content.
• Build enterprise-wide reusable services, including MCP hosts, clients, and servers.
• Establish frameworks for automated LLM testing and create regression suites to detect prompt drift.
• Integrate with internal and external web services using secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience.
• 2 to 3 years of dedicated hands-on work in Generative AI and RAG architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Python (5+ years) and cloud native experience on AWS (3+ years, including Bedrock and Lambda).
• Experience building Agentic AI Proof of Concepts using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Google A2A.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic.
• Expertise in building REST APIs and knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or OCR technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot extensibility (Graph connectors, plugins, or adaptive cards).
• Ability to orchestrate AI-to-AI interactions using Google A2A.
• Strong traditional Machine Learning experience.
