What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of a performant enterprise frontend architecture for massive geospatial and time-series data.
• Define the next generation of Human-AI Interaction and agentic workflows for the energy sector.
• Collaborate with AI Research and Power Systems teams to translate complex algorithms into streamlined, AI-assisted experiences.
• Optimize the Critical Rendering Path using WebGL or Canvas to handle millions of data points.
• Mentor the engineering organization through code reviews and establishing best practices for state management and testing.
• Influence the multi-year product roadmap by identifying technical risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack engineering leading large-scale platforms.
• Proven experience building enterprise applications leveraging LLMs, agentic frameworks, or predictive ML models.
• Mastery of TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience designing Human-in-the-loop systems and intent-based interfaces.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, San Francisco, or New York (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with power systems, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), or climate-tech.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience working in high-growth or "zero-to-one" environments.
