Salary: $170,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Own and lead the design system roadmap, establishing component standards and system ergonomics.
• Translate design patterns into robust, accessible, and maintainable React components.
• Develop and maintain design tokens, documentation, and internal tooling to drive system adoption.
• Partner with designers and engineers to improve UI quality, visual polish, and cross-product consistency.
• Create advanced prototypes to validate UX patterns and influence product direction.
• Advocate for and teach design system best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in front-end or design engineering.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and component-driven architectures.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and design system governance.
• Strong eye for design, layout, motion, and visual polish.
• Must be based in the US.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
