What you will do

• Lead workstreams on digital, operational, and strategic transformation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, perform data analysis, and create solution designs.
• Develop executive presentations and facilitate workshops to structure complex narratives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day client interactions.
• Contribute to the business development lifecycle, including proposal writing and client pitches.
• Research new market opportunities and develop thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in strategy, management, or IT consulting.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and deep fluency in Japanese business culture.
• Business-level English for collaboration with global teams and C-suite reporting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to operate independently and drive work forward without close supervision.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

• Experience with digital transformation projects.
