TL;DR
Senior Professional Service Consultant (SaaS): Designing and implementing digital adoption solutions to enhance end-user onboarding and feature adoption with an accent on solution architecture and customer success. Focus on translating complex business processes into technical configurations and managing end-to-end implementation projects.
Location: Tokyo, Japan. Must be able to work from the Tokyo office 3 times a week.

What you will do
- Design and implement interactive experiences to enhance end-user onboarding and accelerate feature adoption.
- Consult with application owners to align solutions with business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and budget.
- Conduct customer training on best practices and product features.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues across various platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success.
- 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
- Native level Japanese proficiency.
- Beginner business English proficiency (reading and writing).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing web application elements.
- Must be based in Tokyo and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with the platform or similar user guidance and onboarding tools.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
