What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of biddable media strategies aligned with product and business goals.
- Provide strategic direction for campaigns across SEM, programmatic, social, and affiliate channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI, CPA, CTR, and CPO.
- Mentor and guide a team of 1-2 Biddable Analysts to support their professional growth.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing responses for internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and biddable channels.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic technologies.
- Proven track record of budget management across biddable channels to maximize ROI.
- Experience with advanced analytical tools for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
- Strong ability to collaborate with agency partners on full-funnel strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
