What you will do

• Build and scale a LATAM affiliate network across Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, and Chile.
• Manage partners across Casino Review, Sports Betting, and News Media sites using SEO, PPC, and mobile apps.
• Analyze traffic geo-distribution and user intent using analytics and SEO tools.
• Track KPIs, report on program performance, and benchmark against regional competitors.
• Ensure partner compliance with local regulatory requirements in each target country.
• Coordinate with design, legal, and commercial teams to optimize the affiliate program.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in performance-based affiliate or digital marketing with LATAM exposure.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or SimilarWeb.
• Strong knowledge of major sports and iGaming websites operating across Latin America.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia for full-time office work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Knowledge of performance marketing channels and how AI impacts search algorithms.
• Experience with regional media properties or iGaming affiliate networks in LATAM.
