What you will do

• Define and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for Australia from launch through scale.
• Partner with the Australia General Manager to align marketing efforts with regulatory and commercial priorities.
• Act as the strategic interface between the Australian market and central global marketing teams.
• Develop targeting strategies and localized messaging for high-net-worth and mass-affluent investors.
• Audit and optimize customer touchpoints and funnel performance using data-driven insights.
• Define the local marketing organizational structure and hire talent as the market scales.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years in senior marketing roles with deep knowledge of the Australian market.
• Proven experience launching or scaling financial products in Australia (fintech, crypto, or wealth management).
• Strong ability to operate as a sole marketing lead while managing remote HQ stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with crypto culture, media, and terminology.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, MMPs, and competitive intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated track record in leveraging sporting sponsorships and in-person events for commercial growth.
