Salary: $30–$50 per hour ($62,400–$104,000 annually).

What you will do

• Prepare individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services for high-net-worth clientele.
• Manage tax preparation priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Perform workpaper write-ups, journal entries, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Engage professionally with clients to obtain and save necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with tax preparation and accounting.
• Must be able to work on-site in Arizona or Pennsylvania.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computer software and tax preparation tools.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in public accounting.
• Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements.
• Proficiency in ClickUp, Engagement, and QuickBooks.
