What you will do

• Perform effective reviews of various tax returns, ensuring all issues are resolved and ready for Principal review.
• Provide specialized tax research and consulting services based on client requests and identified opportunities.
• Manage engagements, including planning and supervising the tax return preparation process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their advisors.
• Mentor and train staff as a team leader to support professional growth.
• Contribute to practice development by identifying cross-selling and new client opportunities.

Requirements

• CPA or EA certification is required.
• 5+ years of progressive CPA firm experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation (Masters preferred).
• Proficiency in GAAP and tax laws for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals.
• Experience with UltraTax CS, CCH ProSystems, and QuickBooks.
• Ability to operate as part of a US East Coast-based team (EST).
