What you will do

• Lead storefront content configuration based on the merchandising calendar.
• Coordinate with Quality Verification teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with partner teams to troubleshoot and resolve live service issues.
• Develop expertise in internal tools to guide process improvements and validate technical feasibility.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate strategies into actionable technical requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in live service or social network environments.
• Knowledge of PC/Console live operations content release pipelines and dependencies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting issues within content pipelines.
• Experience with proprietary, internal, or external live operations tools.
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and teams.
