What you will do

• Process customer billing accurately and on time according to company policy.
• Manage AR/AP processes and the status of accounts using internal software.
• Issue and distribute invoices, bills, and receipts with high precision.
• Follow up on airline and trucking company charges and resolve disputes with supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update the accounts receivable database.
• Collaborate with AR/AP personnel in Brazil, China, and Vietnam.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Miami, FL, USA
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or freight.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• BA/BSc, HS Diploma, or GED.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
