What you will do

• Lead the continuous improvement (CI) strategy across the 4PL program to realize measurable value.
• Own the Supply Chain Engineering (SCE) methodology for opportunity scoping and benefit realization.
• Perform strategic analyses including freight spend baselines, mode mix optimization, and inventory right-sizing.
• Guide Supply Chain Engineers and Project Managers in developing business cases and implementation plans.
• Manage the program value tracking governance framework to report savings to leadership.
• Collaborate with client procurement and operational teams on category-level optimization and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Senior subject matter expertise in supply chain engineering.
• Proven experience leading strategic analysis and network design initiatives.
• Ability to develop complex value realization models and business cases.
• Experience in procurement strategy and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills for representing technical outcomes at SteerCo reviews and QBRs.
