TL;DR
Head of Supply Chain (Manufacturing): Establishing and developing a new supply chain capability for a technology and production-oriented environment with an accent on sourcing strategies, material flow optimization, supplier collaboration, and inventory performance. Focus on building scalable governance and operating models, leading outsourcing initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional improvements across procurement, production, and engineering.

What you will do

  • Establish the Supply Chain function, including its vision, strategy, governance, operating model, and scalable processes.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for areas such as PCBA, cable assemblies, and make-to-stock operations.
  • Optimize material flows, operational interfaces, inventory performance, and Net Working Capital.
  • Lead outsourcing initiatives and coordinate supplier quality and performance activities with Procurement and SQM/SQE.
  • Drive collaboration across Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Engineering, and product development.
  • Build future Supply Chain capabilities and gradually develop a dedicated team.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, or Manufacturing within an industrial or technical environment.
  • Experience working in a product-oriented organization with interaction between engineering, sourcing, and production.
  • Strong understanding of material flows, supplier management, production processes, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or equivalent.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Swedish are required. Security vetting may be required, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
