What you will do

• Drive strategic collaboration between Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Engineering.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for PCBA, cable assemblies, and make-to-stock components.
• Optimize material flows and operational interfaces across the entire value chain.
• Execute outsourcing initiatives and coordinate supplier quality and performance activities.
• Drive Net Working Capital (NWC) and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Establish scalable supply chain processes, governance, and operational ways of working.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, or Manufacturing within an industrial/technical environment.
• Experience working in a product-oriented organization with cross-functional interaction.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or equivalent.
• Fluent skills in spoken and written English and Swedish.
• Ability to pass a security vetting (additional obligations regarding citizenship may apply).
