What you will do

• Oversee data generation and analysis for various collaborations, including scRNA-Seq, scATAC-Seq, spatial transcriptomics, and microbiome data.
• Implement improvements to computational protocols to ensure the output of high-quality datasets.
• Develop novel methods to facilitate the exploration of unstructured biological datasets.
• Apply systems medicine approaches to understand inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
• Write maintainable, scalable, and performant code for research applications.
• Lead projects independently and contribute to scientific papers and grant proposals.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Computer Science, Physics, Math, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.
• Proficiency in scientific programming using Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of classical ML and deep learning methods.
• Experience with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) pipelines, particularly single-cell and spatial transcriptomics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
