Salary: $226,100–$266,000

What you will do

• Design and standardize supply chain data reporting and business review rhythms to drive organizational decision-making.
• Develop multi-year supply chain strategies in partnership with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Prepare and deliver high-level materials for Board of Directors and executive reviews.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to optimize demand planning, supplier monitoring, and manual workflows.
• Partner with the CSCO on organizational design and capability building.
• Maintain a single source of truth for key supply chain KPIs including COGS, inventory turns, and cash conversion cycles.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or supply chain within high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of building processes and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
• Deep fluency in supply chain financial linkages and metrics like COGS, gross margin, and inventory turns.
• Experience preparing investment-grade narratives for Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills across Finance, Product, and Hardware Engineering.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco 3 days per week.
