Salary: $86,000 - $150,000 per year

The Pokémon Company International manages the Pokémon property outside of Asia, responsible for brand management, licensing, and marketing.

What you will do

• Review product submissions daily in the WestEnd online approval portal and update Licensing Managers.
• Manage the flow, tracking, and organization of contractual product samples from licensees.
• Partner with Licensing Managers and licensees to prepare monthly new product release decks for HQ in Japan.
• Route and track marketing submissions to ensure alignment with business plans and approval processes.
• Track contract renewals and partner with Legal to ensure Manufacturing Agreements and Customs Letters are in place.
• Assist with onboarding new partners, providing training on the product approval system and maintaining contact lists.

Requirements

• BS or BA Degree and/or equivalent working experience.
• 3-4 years of related experience, preferably in toy licensing, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with various work groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
