What you will do

• Build and maintain core infrastructure, services, and SDKs for LLMs and Agentic workflows.
• Translate experimental models and research into scalable, production-grade AI services in collaboration with scientists.
• Design robust data pipelines for RAG systems to ensure high-quality real-time data retrieval.
• Act as a technical consultant to help other engineering teams onboard AI use cases onto the platform.
• Develop and deploy intuitive public AI interfaces to enhance internal developer experience.
• Create comprehensive test cases to ensure reliable outcomes in non-deterministic AI environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level API and service development in Python (required) and/or Go.
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent system orchestration.
• Deep understanding of Cloud Native principles, including horizontal scaling and 12-factor design.
• Proficiency with Docker, Git, and observability tools like Sentry, DataDog, or Jaeger.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, LiteLLM, or CrewAI.
• Production experience with distributed, event-driven, and message-driven architectures.
• Experience building self-service "Platform-as-a-Product" for internal developers.
