Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of conversational AI systems for enterprise clients.
• Design reliable and scalable solutions by mastering platform architecture and its limitations.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, leading technical discussions and troubleshooting production health.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise infrastructure, including SIP, RTP, and various external APIs.
• Implement data-driven monitoring, logging, and analytics systems to ensure SLAs for uptime and latency are met.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client needs and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vancouver (candidates outside this location will not be considered).
• 2-5 years of client-facing experience in technical consulting or solution implementation.
• Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with VoIP protocols such as SIP and RTP.
• Native-level proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for microservice deployments.
• Regular use of AI productivity and automation tools in daily workflows.
