What you will do

  • Implement end-to-end conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms using GTM (client and server-side) and GA4.
  • Build and maintain GTM containers, including tags, triggers, variables, and data layer configurations.
  • Collaborate with the paid media team to verify tracking accuracy and ensure clean attribution from click to conversion.
  • Audit existing tracking setups to identify gaps, misconfigurations, and data quality issues.
  • Configure GA4 properties, data streams, audiences, and conversion events.
  • Develop a tracking implementation playbook and routine QA checklists to scale operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with conversion tracking and analytics in a performance marketing or agency context.
  • Deep proficiency with Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side).
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel/CAPI.
  • Experience auditing complex multi-platform tracking setups and understanding attribution models.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical tracking findings for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to server-side tracking solutions such as Stape or Elevar.
  • Knowledge of first-party data strategies and cookie consent frameworks.
