What you will do

• Deploy, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex sensor suites in the field.
• Serve as a technical bridge between advanced technology and warfighters in the C-UxS domain.
• Identify and characterize interference or signal masking using spectrum analyzers (Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz).
• Perform physical installation, integration, and configuration of Radar, EO, IR cameras, and Electronic Warfare (EW) defeat systems.
• Modernize Counter-Unmanned Systems capabilities to counter evolving threats.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems or field engineering for mission-critical infrastructure or large-scale deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a STEM field.
• Proficiency in RF theory (wave propagation, antenna gain, signal-to-noise ratios) and spectrum analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time to customer sites and test ranges.

Nice to have

• Experience with Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and signal processing.
• Prior experience with DoD or National Security programs.
• Experience conducting Site Surveys to optimize sensor placement based on Line of Sight (LOS).
• Knowledge of Tactical Networking (MANET, Link-16, ADS-B) and C-UxS platforms (AARTOS, NINJA, EnforceAir).
