What you will do

• Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods and professional networking sites.
• Initiate communication with prospects to build relationships and provide information about opportunities.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability through initial phone or video interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and records in applicant tracking systems.
• Promote the employer brand by presenting job opportunities in an attractive and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with recruiters to optimize sourcing strategies and meet service levels.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• English proficiency required
• 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Proficiency in sourcing methods including Boolean search
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

• 2 to 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in the pharma industry
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments
