Hi! We are looking for a Recruiter in an international iGaming company😎.

Format: Remote
Level: Middle/Senior
English: В2

What you will be doing📝:
1.Gathering requirements, creating compelling job descriptions, and developing sourcing strategies;
2.Managing full-cycle recruitment in iGaming sector;
3.Working with job boards, Telegram, and social media, and mastering cold outreach (LinkedIn, forums, communities);
4.Assessing soft skills and professional background;
5.Managing test assignments, preparing offers, and handing over candidates for onboarding;
6.Maintaining the ATS database (organized data is the key to success).

What we are looking for🎯:
2+ years of recruitment experience in iGaming industry;
Proficiency in various search tools (Boolean search, X-ray);
Experience in filling roles within advertising/marketing, with an understanding of specific roles and requirements.
