What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery, including scope, budget, and timeline management for multiple projects.
• Translate shifting requirements from Marketing, Quality, and PMO into clear technical direction for engineering teams.
• Distill risks, decisions, and milestones into status updates for senior executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate test development and sign-off for infomercial unit delivery to support consumer-facing shoots.
• Manage monthly spend reporting and proactively flag budget risks.
• Facilitate global meeting cadences across teams in the US, London, and China.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a product development environment.
• Hands-on understanding of injection molded parts, tooling, and Asian supplier management.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through a full product development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to and push back on executive leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Needham, MA.

Nice to have

• Background in consumer products or consumer electronics.
• Engineering degree or working engineering knowledge.
• Proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
