• Recruit and manage relationships with influencers to drive conversion.
• Moderate community discourse and provide effective customer support.
• Track user feedback and generate demand through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a Web3/blockchain startup environment.
• Proven track record of scaling user growth on social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in performance marketing tools including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Ability to resolve user inquiries effectively within 24 hours.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
