What you will do

• Engage with performance marketing teams at top-tier companies to educate them on how agentic workflows transform operations.
• Partner with the sales organization to navigate complex enterprise buying processes and drive pilots to closed-won deals.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Creative Designers to optimize AI-generated assets for conversion and pilot success.
• Design the go-to-market motion and define educational frameworks for new customers.
• Feed critical market insights back to product and engineering teams to shape the platform.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build consensus, handle objections, and close deals.
• Proven experience collaborating with creative teams, briefing designers, and tying performance to metrics.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify participation).
• Zero-to-one mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical curiosity regarding AI-driven creative performance and agentic tools.
