What you will do

• Lead technical integration calls to support the acquisition of enterprise and strategic partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide partners in building efficient integrations with Lightspeed products.
• Define and maintain UX standards while validating partner integrations prior to deployment.
• Create technical guides and best practices to empower partners with the tools needed for autonomous development.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues that exceed the scope of the API Support Team.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Development, and Sales teams to manage the partner pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience in technical roles, partnerships, or sales engineering.
• Proven experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
• Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.
• Experience in software services related to hospitality, retail, or eCommerce.
