What you will do

• Lead technical integration calls to support strategic enterprise partnerships.
• Act as a product expert to guide partners in building efficient integrations.
• Define and maintain UX standards and validate partner integrations before deployment.
• Create technical guides and best practices to empower partner autonomy.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues beyond API support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
• Proven experience in technical partnerships or sales engineering.
• Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or eCommerce software services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
