What you will do

• Manage the planning and execution of quality improvement efforts aligned with corporate strategic goals.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancy, and disconnects in processes to reduce waste and improve value.
• Lead regular release meetings across multiple disciplines to ensure on-time product delivery.
• Monitor and deliver quantifiable KPIs, including Waste Reduction, Efficiency Improvements, and Quality Pass Rate.
• Collaborate with department managers to prioritize work and assign resources throughout the SDLC.
• Drive the culture of sustainable continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven track record of SDLC completion.
• Excellent understanding and ability to implement project management methodologies.
• Proven experience with vendor management.
• Well-versed in district policies and procedures.
• Experience leading large, complex initiatives and change management efforts.
