What you will do

• Set up and organize document control processes and archives across multiple international projects.
• Implement and maintain document management systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, and ACC.
• Ensure documentation follows agreed folder structures, naming conventions, and filing systems.
• Manage version control and distribution protocols, including the delivery of MIDPs and TIDPs.
• Conduct periodic quality assurance checks to ensure documentation completeness and adherence to standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for digital process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in document control.
• Must be located in London, UK and adhere to on-site presentation guidelines.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and document control workflows in Construction.
• Experience with CDE platforms including SharePoint, ACC, Aconex, or BIM 360.
• Background in development, construction, or engineering environments.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and time zones.
