What you will do

• Partner with project owners to align content projects with business objectives and brand strategies.
• Facilitate project planning, milestone tracking, and status updates from kickoff to closure.
• Manage delivery teams of production partners, serving as the interface between creative and technical teams.
• Execute top-line Quality Assurance (QA) on assets and support the project owner during acceptance reviews.
• Coordinate with IT Technical Analysts on technical dependencies to develop end-to-end project plans and cost estimates.
• Act as the central point of contact for all digital content projects, ensuring quality and timeline expectations are met.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in digital marketing or content production, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and the local country language.
• Proven track record in growing business from assigned clients.
• Ability to manage multiple clients with changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SVN, or Kanban boards.
• Experience working within life-science organizations.
• Ability to create RCA documents and manage complex escalations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
