What you will do

• Administer methadone according to prescribed dosages and ensure accurate dosing records and medication accountability.
• Conduct ongoing health assessments to identify barriers to care and coordinate with pharmacies and labs.
• Collaborate with counselors and community providers to enhance patient access to recovery resources.
• Educate patients and their families on addiction treatment options and available resources.
• Manage medication inventory following DEA and company guidelines, including preparing vacation doses.
• Provide case management services and advocate for patients through referrals and family education.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a medical office setting and handle high-pressure situations
