Salary: $150,000 – $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement production-ready AI services for automation, decision support, and knowledge workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions into the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Develop retrieval and knowledge systems using RAG, vector databases, and hybrid search strategies.
• Build agentic workflows that utilize tool calling, structured outputs, and internal APIs.
• Establish AI quality, safety, and evaluation frameworks including guardrails and hallucination mitigation.
• Deploy scalable AI services on AWS using containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong software engineering proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience building generative AI features connecting model APIs to business workflows.
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector stores, and AI orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of enterprise data security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration patterns.
• Background in commerce, trust, or fraud prevention domains.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI systems and content moderation workflows.
• Experience with data platforms like Kafka, Spark, or Airflow.
