What you will do

• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of lending, capital markets, and structured finance transactions.
• Build and develop trust-based senior-level relationships across the German Tech sector.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German technology ecosystem.
• Act as a sector expert for IT services, software, digital infrastructure, and semiconductors.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience in corporate or investment banking with a focus on technology clients.
• Proven track record in the origination and execution of complex transactions.
• Strong professional network among corporates, banks, and financial advisors in Germany.
• Solid expertise in credit risk, capital markets, and structured finance.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Frankfurt (Hybrid).
