Coverage Banker - High Tech & Digital (m/w/d)

Location: Hybrid work in Frankfurt, Germany. The role includes a home office option and the possibility to work from abroad for up to 30 days.

What you will do

• Originate, structure, and execute lending, capital markets, and structured finance transactions.
• Build and develop trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers across the German technology sector.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify new opportunities in the German Tech ecosystem.
• Act as a technology-sector expert and share market insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with product, risk, credit analysis, deal execution, and business development teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate or investment banking, focused on technology clients.
• Experience with origination and execution of complex transactions.
• Strong network across German corporates, banks, financial sponsors, and advisors.
• Deep understanding of technology business models and scaling environments.
• Expertise in credit risk, capital markets, and structured finance, with the ability to manage senior client relationships autonomously.
• Fluent German and English are required.
