What you will do

• Manage origination and strengthen relationships with sponsors, fund managers, and internal coverage teams.
• Deliver tailored subscription finance solutions aligned with fund strategy and investor composition.
• Evaluate credit, structural, and economic risks of subscription lines using rigorous analytical judgment.
• Perform due diligence on fund sponsors, investment strategies, and LP bases across various asset classes.
• Lead structuring discussions and negotiate indicative term sheets and credit agreement provisions.
• Prepare credit approval materials and monitor covenant compliance and collateral performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in underwriting or structuring fund finance products or related credit roles.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Deep understanding of fund structures and LP-backed underwriting frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses within four months of joining.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
