What you will do

• Coordinate electrical and controls project scope and execution within power generation facilities.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Review project designs, identify potential changes, and approve contractor change notices.
• Develop and monitor commissioning and startup schedules in collaboration with station personnel.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Track performance and productivity against project estimates and schedules.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for W2 employment (No C2C).
• 10–15 years of experience in heavy industrial construction or construction management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and controls commissioning and startup within a combined-cycle power plant.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and construction standards.
• Experience writing contract scopes of work and preparing budget estimates.
• Ability to work in an operating power plant environment, including frequent outdoor work and travel.
