What you will do

• Manage project commissioning and startup activities in accordance with CPM schedules and budgets.
• Oversee the transition process from construction completion to startup and final turnover to the client.
• Develop and maintain detailed startup schedules and tracking packages to monitor progress.
• Coordinate major startup milestones such as chemical cleaning, steam blow, and demonstration tests.
• Supervise discipline commissioning engineers, operations supervisors, and technicians.
• Maintain open communication and professional relationships with the client.

Requirements

• 7+ years of startup experience, including at least one previous assignment as a startup manager.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Harriman, TN.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.
• Physical capability to perform hard labor in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and at heights up to 5 feet.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification.
• Knowledge of technical principles related to power plants.
