Senior Scheduler (Construction)

Location: Remote within the United States; work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Must live in the United States, be authorized to work there, and be able to travel up to 25%.

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Translate customer requirements into scheduling items and develop integrated master schedules across project lifecycles.
• Prepare schedule basis-of-estimate documents, management plans, reporting metrics, KPIs, look-ahead schedules, and critical-path analyses.
• Estimate contract durations, manage project risks, allocate resources, and integrate external fragnet activities.
• Analyze delays, disruption claims, progress completion, and what-if scenarios.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, executives, and clients; document meetings and present schedule reports.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of applied scheduling experience, including relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage upward and collaborate with peers and customers.
• Proven critical-thinking and analytical skills.
• Federal government experience.
• Must pass a Federal Government background check.
• Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work East Coast hours.
