What you will do

• Execute and document production finance workflows covering procurement, payments, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with global production, legal, and tech partners to resolve operational blockers.
• Maintain data accuracy across Google Workspace, Airtable, and Coupa, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and payment processing.
• Support budgeting and operational planning through cost tracking and data entry.
• Generate accurate financial reports to support production accounting and stakeholder decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production accounting, finance operations, or procure-to-pay workflows.
• Proficiency in the Google ecosystem (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Airtable.
• Proven experience in vendor onboarding and payment processing.
• Strong ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with Coupa, IronClad, Slack, Notion, and Tableau.
• Interest and experience in AI and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field.
