9RED is looking for a Financial Manager to join our team.

📌 What You'll Do:
• Prepare and maintain project-level P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports;
• Develop, manage, and adjust budgets;
• Review budget assumptions and provide recommendations for cost optimization;
• Conduct plan-vs-actual and variance analysis;
• Monitor cash expenditures and payment requests;
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory contributions;
• Lead the implementation of financial reporting automation initiatives;
• Optimize and automate the company's financial processes;
• Classify and reconcile bank transactions within the accounting system;
• Develop financial models and support business planning activities.

📌 What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar Finance Manager role;
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
• Experience working with 1C accounting systems;
• Strong English communication skills (B2–C1) with the ability to participate in regular meetings and discussions;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting;
• Strong analytical mindset and a willingness to tackle complex challenges.
