What you will do

• Execute and document production finance workflows including procurement, vendor onboarding, and payment processing.
• Partner with global production services, legal, and procurement teams to resolve operational blockers and communicate project status.
• Maintain data accuracy across tools like Airtable, Coupa, and Google Workspace.
• Support budgeting and operational planning cycles through data entry and cost tracking.
• Generate financial reports to support stakeholder decision-making and production accounting.
• Identify and catalog process improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production accounting, finance operations, or procure-to-pay roles.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Airtable.
• Strong attention to detail with experience managing data across multiple systems.
• Experience supporting vendor onboarding, payment processing, and routine issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Coupa, IronClad, Slack, Notion, or Tableau.
