What you will do

• Draft and coordinate company-wide communications, including newsletters, memos, and executive messages on behalf of the CEO.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, such as anniversary celebrations, recognition campaigns, and culture-focused events.
• Create branded visual materials, including presentations, infographics, and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Maintain and update website content and manage LinkedIn presence to promote company milestones and achievements.
• Monitor digital content performance and engagement metrics to inform UX and design improvements.
• Support business development and proposal efforts through custom graphics and visual storytelling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or marketing roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, branded digital and print layouts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and/or Canva.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS tools and web best practices.
• Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to formatting and tone.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting proposal design within the government contracting (GovCon) sector.
• Skills in light video editing or motion graphics.
• Working knowledge of SEO, UX, or accessibility design standards.
• Experience working in a high-growth or mid-sized company.
