What you will do

  • Lead market research for the Collision MSO team, including customer surveys, competitive analysis, and roadmap input.
  • Run customer and stakeholder discovery to understand marketplace needs and develop data-driven insights for prioritization.
  • Define Collision MSO product strategy using market input and Voice of the Customer (VoC), aligned with overall company direction.
  • Develop and manage customer and third-party relationships, and build a prioritized product backlog with trade-off discussions.
  • Write user stories with thoughtful acceptance criteria and partner with UX to validate and improve customer experience.
  • Lead Scrum and program management in an Agile environment, coordinating engineering delivery, product launches, and release plans.

Requirements

  • Location: United States
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the Collision MSO auto industry segment.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Strong product roadmap experience (defining, creating, planning, and executing roadmaps).
  • Strong Go-to-Market (GTM) experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring messaging to specific audiences.
