What you will do

• Proactively manage all technology assets throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Establish governance models to ensure assets are properly owned and managed across the enterprise.
• Govern configuration baselines and manage configuration drift via IT Change management.
• Ensure the CMDB remains accurate and up to date.
• Oversee managers of Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Configuration Management.
• Develop and promote practical ITSM practices and metrics to realize business value.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service management (ITSM).
• Minimum 5 years of formal leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT asset and configuration management.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation or Expert certification.
• Knowledge of change management methodology and discovery tools.
• Understanding of compliance and risk mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
