Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to East Peoria, IL; Nashville, TN; or Irving, TX. This role requires 5 days onsite.

Salary: $147,760 – $221,640

What you will do

• Lead the SIEM team in managing end-to-end ingestion, correlation, and detection content development.
• Direct advanced analytics efforts, including AI/ML integration to automate risk detection and improve signal prioritization.
• Own the roadmap for security analytics platforms, ensuring high availability and data quality.
• Partner with GRC and audit teams to maintain compliance and evidence collection.
• Build, coach, and manage a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets to maximize service quality and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to East Peoria, IL; Nashville, TN; or Irving, TX.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Sponsorship is NOT available.
• Deep experience in security operations, compliance, and enterprise technology.
• Proven leadership experience in hiring and developing technical talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Active certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL, or PMP.
• Experience in large, complex, global enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile transformation and product-centric models.
