What you will do

• Lead the Industrial Service Business Unit with full accountability for strategic direction, financial results, and P&L.
• Define and execute business strategies to increase market share and enhance profitability across the service portfolio.
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage and develop a high-performing leadership team through direction, coaching, and governance.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, productivity, and high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee financial planning, budget management, and strategic resource allocation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing service operations with extensive leadership experience.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be based in Apodaca, Mexico.
