What you will do

• Design and build high-quality localized features for Latin American members, ensuring safety and intuitive UX.
• Integrate alternate payment rails and carrier billing to adapt the product for the Brazilian market.
• Utilize agentic workflows with AI tools like Claude Code to generate specs, code, tests, and perform reviews.
• Define and codify AI-native engineering practices and playbooks for the broader organization.
• Develop across the full stack, including iOS, Android, and Cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to transform complex user problems into scalable engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building high-quality, consumer-scale software products.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android).
• Experience with Java, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Must be located in the São Paulo, Brazil metro area.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Full stack mobile and cloud development experience.
• Experience localizing products for non-US markets and integrating regional payment types.
• Experience tuning app performance for low-end mobile devices.
