What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems using .NET technologies.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers through code reviews and best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high service availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and system continuity.

Requirements

• Must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area or be willing to relocate.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on .NET.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services including Azure Functions, SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Understanding of services architecture and distributed systems.
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, secure, and private work area with high-speed internet.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare software development.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as X12 5010, HL7, NCPDP, or FHIR.
• Experience with full-stack development including React Native.
