What you will do

• Manage the full production lifecycle from pre- to post-production for content, campaigns, and photoshoots.
• Define and implement production processes, standards, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a small team of production specialists.
• Oversee creative production budgets, vendor contracts, and project scopes.
• Collaborate with creative and project management teams to maintain high brand aesthetic standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a creative agency or brand-side environment with a portfolio of highly crafted work.
• Proven experience managing people in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in film, photography, aspect ratios, and resolutions.
• Strong network of production houses, directors, and editors.
• Must be based in the United States.
