What you will do

• Own and maintain the master content calendar aligned with franchise priorities and game updates.
• Manage relationships with external production partners from initial brief to final delivery.
• Build workflows between internal creative stakeholders and external collaborators, including editors and animators.
• Partner with Community and Social teams to integrate player trends and fan theories into content strategy.
• Design and document scalable production workflows and asset management systems.
• Act as the operational hub connecting content production, creative direction, and game teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in video content production, content operations, or creator partnerships.
• Experience producing YouTube-native or digitally native content from concept to publication.
• Strong understanding of production management, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and editorial judgment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, or UGC platforms.
• Experience targeting Gen Alpha or youth/family audiences.
• Familiarity with mixed-media pipelines involving animation and gameplay capture.
• Background in franchise storytelling or lore-driven content initiatives.
